The Full Shelf Difference

The Old Way

  • Machines that sit half-empty between visits
  • Product that outlives its expiration date
  • Fees added on top of the posted price
  • Repairs that take weeks
  • Product chosen without asking who's buying it
  • Calls and emails that go unanswered

The Full Shelf Way

  • Restocked regularly — machines automatically report inventory and we restock before you're empty
  • Expiration dates are checked every visit
  • No hidden fees — the posted price is what you pay
  • A reply within one business day — and repairs made a top priority
  • A menu built with you — we stock what your people prefer whenever we can source it, and drop what doesn't sell

Everything under The Old Way comes from real, public Google reviews of vending operators in the Twin Cities metro. We built this company — and named it — to be the other column.

How it works

Free machine, fully stocked, in about a week.

STEP 1

Free walkthrough

We visit your space, talk through what product makes sense for your business, and recommend the right machine. Snacks, cold drinks, sports and energy drinks, protein, better-for-you options — we can source across the board and build the assortment around what your people actually reach for. If our vending machines aren't a fit for your traffic, we'll tell you that too.

STEP 2

We install everything

Delivery, placement, and setup at zero cost to you. All you provide is floor space and a standard outlet.

STEP 3

We keep it full

Restocked before you're empty with in-date product, and maintenance requests are responded to within one business day.

Who we serve

Built for the places people get hungry, thirsty, or both.

Gyms, training & youth sportsRecovery fuel for members and athletes — and for the parents waiting on them.

Offices & workplacesA stocked breakroom is the cheapest perk you'll ever offer.

Auto dealerships & shopsWaiting customers and busy techs, covered all day.

Manufacturing & warehousesEarly shifts and short breaks deserve a machine that's never empty.

Senior living communitiesRound-the-clock staff finally get an overnight option.

Hotels & lodgingGuest amenity that adds convenience without adding staff.

Apartments & community spacesAn amenity residents use every single day.

Anywhere people waitIf your customers or crew would value having something on hand, we'll take a look.

Not every space is a fit. A machine needs enough daily foot traffic to stay fresh and stocked — roughly 100 people a day is our rule of thumb. We'll walk your space and tell you honestly either way.

Vending machine FAQ

Does a vending machine cost my business anything?
No. Full Shelf installs, stocks, insures, and services machines at no cost to your business. We earn our revenue from product sales. You provide the space and a standard outlet — everything else is on us.
Do the machines take credit cards and Apple Pay?
Yes — every Full Shelf machine accepts tap-to-pay, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, with no hidden fees — the posted price is what you pay.
What happens if the machine eats someone's money?
Most Full Shelf machines are cashless, so there's no cash box to eat a dollar in the first place. Every machine logs its transactions, so if a purchase is charged and the product doesn't drop, we can confirm it and refund it quickly. On machines set up to take cash, a refund line is posted right on the machine — tell us what happened and we'll make it right.
How often are the machines restocked?
Before they run empty. Full Shelf machines report inventory remotely, and we restock on a schedule based on your location's actual sales — weekly for most sites, more often for busy ones. A full shelf is the whole point of our name.
What happens when a machine breaks down?
You'll hear back from us within one business day, and we get it repaired or replaced as soon as humanly possible — our goal is within 48 hours. Full Shelf is a local, family-run company servicing our own route — a broken machine at your site is a top priority, not a ticket in a national queue.
Can we choose which products go in the machine?
Yes. We build the product menu with you and stock what your location prefers, rotating out slow sellers. Healthy options, protein and sports drinks, classic snacks — the mix is tailored to your location, and you can request changes anytime.
Is the food fresh?
Yes. We check expiration dates on every restock visit and pull anything approaching expiration. Expired product is a documented problem with some Twin Cities vending operators — our freshness check on every visit is a standing commitment.
What kinds of locations qualify for a free vending machine?
Gyms and fitness centers, youth sports and training facilities, offices, auto dealerships and repair shops, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, senior living communities, and hotels across the Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota metro areas. If roughly 100 or more people pass through your space daily, you will be considered — contact us for a free walkthrough.
Do you offer healthy or sports-performance vending options?
Yes. For gyms and athletic training facilities we stock smart coolers with protein drinks, electrolyte beverages, protein bars, and better-for-you snacks — recovery fuel for athletes and the parents waiting for them.
